Miroslav Uřičař is a member of the Public and Administrative Law Working Committee of the Czech Government's Legislative Council, a member of the Energy Regulatory Office's Appeals Committee and an arbitrator for the Czech Republic's Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. He spent 18 years in senior management roles at leading telecom operator T-Mobile Czech Republic, serving as Director and General Counsel with responsibility for Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Security, Compliance and External Relations.

His legal expertise is focused on data protection, legal and regulatory aspects tied to electronic communications and other network industries, digital technology, digital and data economy, cybersecurity, payment services regulation and compliance. Miroslav has authored and co-authored numerous specialist publications, particularly in the fields of data protection and electronic communications law. He was lead editor for a comprehensive GDPR commentary published in 2021 and is currently leading a team of authors in preparing a comprehensive commentary on the AI Act.
